Description
The MULTIVISION II device combines the functionality of a classic profile projector with the ability to instantly acquire all programmed measurements, offering significantly greater speed and precision.
The device is used:
- as equipment integrated into production systems for 100% product inspection;
- as a desktop version replacing a traditional profile projector.
MULTIVISION II is available with 1–3 cameras and the option for individual adjustment of the viewing sector. It is ideal for 3D measurement of compression, torsion, and tension springs, as well as other shaped components.
The device is equipped with:
- a computer with a 23” monitor and EASYDUR image analysis software based on Windows 7, supporting control of 1–3 cameras;
- 1–3 cameras with telecentric lenses;
- 1–3 lighting devices for profile detection.
