Description
Connecting an external PC, camera and software allows upgrading existing hardness testers for semi-automatic and automatic operation modes.
Working principle:The entire testing process is controlled by a single button. After pressing the “Start” button, all steps proceed automatically:
- Automatic contact of the indenter with the sample.
- Automatic sample fixation.
- Application of preliminary and main load.
- Automatic impression measurement.
- Automatic return of the indenter unit to its initial position. The cycle is completed and the results are displayed on the PC screen.
