Description
Integral Springs is an inline hardness tester equipped with a high-speed Multi-slot head featuring integrated milling. It is specifically designed for high and ultra-high performance cylinder spring production lines, where surface milling eliminates sharp edges and ensures smooth, rounded contours.
Thanks to its advanced Integral In Line head, the device can complete a full testing cycle in just 20 seconds — milling, hardness testing, and automatic indentation measurement with a dedicated TV camera are performed sequentially and fully automatically. The head is tilted at a 90° angle and oriented toward the operator for optimal accessibility and ease of use.
