Thanks to an integrated semiconductor IR laser with temperature control and a high-energy IR radiation source, IRSpirit ensures high analytical accuracy. The device can be equipped with one of two types of detectors – LiTaO₃ or DLATGS with temperature control, depending on user requirements.
