Description
The spectrophotometer-analyzer is specifically designed to address biochemical and biotechnological applications. It provides accurate and reproducible results when analyzing small amounts of material and is intended for the quantitative analysis of nucleic acids and proteins.
The required sample volume is extremely small — only 1–2 μl. There is no need to use standard rectangular measuring cuvettes. A special precision mechanism enables analysis directly in a drop of the sample. The optical path length can be selected by the user (0.2 mm or 0.7 mm). For larger sample volumes, an optional rectangular cuvette adapter with a 5 mm optical path length (volume 2 ml) can be used.
