Description
A journey into the sub-nano range
This is a unique Shimadzu instrument designed for specialized research in the subnanometer range (measurements starting from 0.5 nm). Based on the Induced Grating (IG) method, this analyzer provides high accuracy and fast analysis.
Features
- The Induced Grating (IG) method allows achieving an excellent signal-to-noise ratio even in the range of single nanoparticles, enabling stable measurements with high reproducibility.
- Sample contamination does not significantly affect the measurement results. Thus, even if the sample contains some foreign particles, reliable data on the analyzed particles are obtained. Filtering to remove large particles is no longer mandatory.
- The device provides outstanding stability and eliminates uncertainty and inaccuracy in the analysis of nanoparticles, which is particularly important for particles smaller than 10 nm.
