Description
Integral Wheels is a hardness tester specifically designed for hardness testing on railway wheels.
To ease the operator’s work, the system is equipped with a motorized rotating table that can move horizontally (along the X axis), greatly facilitating wheel loading.
When running a fully automatic cycle (e.g. 3 tests at 120°, 4 at 90°, etc.), the motorized table allows the test points to be programmed, operating with maximum precision and significantly reducing testing time.
The standard configuration includes our classic testing head, compatible with Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness scales.
