The Arco leaf spring testing machine is a modern solution for performing compression and bending tests on spring suspensions, designed primarily for railway and automotive sectors.
Depending on the type of suspension and the compressive forces involved, Easydur designs and manufactures ergonomic systems that fully meet specific application requirements.
The test head of the machine is mounted on a central support moving along the vertical axis. Thanks to this configuration, it is possible to test a wide range of components – from leaf and coil springs to general-purpose elastic parts – on a single platform.
The ends of the main suspension spring are fixed in special locking pins positioned on the movable carriage, ensuring stable attachment. With the addition of optional sensors, the system can also measure the relaxation of the stress in the leaf springs after compression force is applied.
