Description

Electromechanical machines are designed for railway spring compression testing, capable of applying loads from 5 to 60 tons with an accuracy class of 0.5% and higher. They are equipped with a fully motorized platform that enables measurement of axial, transverse and lateral stiffness, deflection, and bending angle according to railway standards EN 13298 and EN 13913 (for conical springs).

Main characteristics:

  • axial, transverse and lateral stiffness;
  • bending angle;
  • automatic XY bottom plate with motor drive and 0.01 mm resolution;
  • automatic indication of lateral displacement and corresponding angle;
  • measurement of lateral forces (Fx, Fy);
  • disc with goniometric engraving for stroke position indication;
  • user-friendly software.
